Job Description
The Construction Project Manager shall be responsible in performing the following:

Oversee Construction Projects from inception to completion

Maintain good relations with clients while managing the financial aspects of contracts, protecting the company’s interests
-
Upon being awarded the Project, develop, recommend and implement the project plan
-
Do Project planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting
-
Manage clients and subcontractor relationships
-
With the Snr PM, liaise with legal counsel where appropriate, negotiate and review contracts
-
Ensure that projects are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule
-
Perform risk management and mitigation
-
Resolve disputes between Client or subcontractors and the Company before they escalate
-
Mentor and develop construction teams to ensure successful project delivery
-
Ensure contractual conditions of performance are met
Qualifications
You must have:
-
8-10 years of project management experience, preferably on commercial-mixed use / residential combination buildings

Demonstrated ability leading and mentoring project teams
-
Advanced knowledge of construction management processes

Exceptional Project and Time Management skills
-
Passion for construction and high work ethic
-
Mid to high rise residential / commercial concrete project management experience required

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
