Job Description
The Red Seal Certified HVAC Foreman shall be responsible for performing the following:

Set up and install HVAC systems

Assist in testing the HVAC system's functionality

Successfully completing repairs
-
Installing and repairing ductless mini-split heat pumps and ventilation systems

Repairing and maintaining air filters, bets, bearings, and thermostats
-
Identifying maintenance risks with the equipment
-
Communicate with customers about various system options
-
Diagnosing, analyzing, and troubleshooting HVAC systems, components, and controls
-
Ensures equipment is within design capabilities
-
Ensuring all safety procedures are followed
Qualifications
You must have:

Red Seal Certificate or minimum of two-year experience
-
Has a driver's license
-
Air conditioning & refrigeration license (preferred)
-
High School Diploma or GED
-
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
